Cracks appear in code of silence regarding sexual harassment

In recent years, there have been many reports of heinous and disgusting acts (mostly sexual in nature) that have arisen in regards to so-called “sexual harassment” suits and claims, against notable celebrities and others among the socialites and wealthy. Most recently, Harvey Weinstein has been the object of such claims by many of Hollywood’s elite. Many of the accusations of sexual depravity and harassment have been verified as being true, and have evidently taken place over Mr. Weinstein’s long and celebrated career as a producer. …

Constitutional Convention would be too expensive to hold and is unnecessary

On Sept. 5, I held a meeting in Lloyd Town Hall on the New York State Constitutional Convention to familiarize community members with the matter, and give my opinion. I barely began speaking when John Wadlin began interjecting, ("Get facts straight about Constitutional Convention: Letter.") A few minutes later, he asked to speak for several minutes. Wadlin said he wishes to be a delegate to the convention. The time for questions and comments is at a meeting's end. …
